I have done the following:

copied db drupal_temp to drupal
copied aiddrupal directory to drupal
changed conf.php in drupal

attempted to fix up drupal urls by changing them to ?q=<whatever>.  It is 
possible that I have missed some and that I have changed some that I should 
not have.

changed index.html to do a redirect only

backed up the drupal db

Please have a look and let me know of any problems.
