The squid, InterAccess's aged and beloved mascot, dives deep into nostalgia, back into the days when technology was more tactile and tentacled. The friendly and intelligent cephalopod represents decades of inked emails, adaptability, and swimming through the cyberwaves.

InterAccess was founded in 1983 by Nina Beveridge, William Perry, Paul Petro, and Geoffrey Shea surrounding the collaborative acquisition of a Telidon machine. Explored in our 40th Anniversary exhibition, Remember Tomorrow: A Telidon Story curated by Shauna Jean Doherty, Telidon was a tactile, graphics-based, precursor to the Internet. For four decades, InterAccess has continued its dedication to providing artists access to new, old, weird, and wonderful technologies.
