InterAccess Gateway 2025: Call for Project Proposals
In direct response to artists’ diminishing access to space in the city, InterAccess is proud to continue IA Gateway, a program that opens our gallery space to the community at no-cost with a low-barrier application process.
The gallery is available between May–June 2025 for new media projects, including but not limited to: gallery installations, immersive projections, and development of works in progress. Activities can be either public (open to audiences) or private (individual studio time, prototyping, documentation etc.).
TO APPLY
Project proposals can be submitted through this application form. The application questions are also available in list format.
Proposals are due March 17, 2025.
Application accessibility:
As an alternative to the application form, you may drop in during one of our office hours to chat through all project details with InterAccess's Programming Manager in lieu of a formal proposal. Sign-up for a slot here.
Drop-in office hours are hosted over InterAccess’s Discord server and can be used by interested applicants to ask questions about the application process, eligibility, or logistics. To gain access to InterAccess’s Discord server, please email art@interaccess.org with subject line: “Discord Invite Request”.
For more information on the application process, please attend the online info session on March 4, 2025, 4–5PM ET, registration required here.

ABOUT IA GATEWAY
The InterAccess Gateway (IA Gateway) program facilitates low-barrier, no-cost access to gallery space for new media artists within our community. “Gateway” is an entry point; the term refers to network gateways, telecommunication devices that allow for the flow and translation of data between separate networks – an apt metaphor for the responsibility of organizations to provide resources and support to the artists in their community. IA Gateway was first held in 2024.
