Optosonics Workshop

Join Vienna-based artists noid and Klaus Filip for a hands-on lecture and workshop about the history and technology of optical sound. Expect a short lecture about the discovery of selenium, a mineral that transforms light into electricity and the way in which this phenomenon has been harnessed for the production of sound, in addition to a presentation of simple electronic circuits, and open experimentation. All tools required will be provided.
